Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team or visit your local showroom with your original order number and receipt to begin the return process.
Prepare the Item
Ensure all furniture or decor items are in their original condition and, if possible, original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional white-glove pickup service; smaller accents can be returned via a pre-paid shipping label or in-store.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
